Submitting a Ticket in the Client Portal

From the Front Page

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at https://wartburg.teamdynamix.com/
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. In the top menu on the Client Portal home page, click Submit a Ticket
  4. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)If you signed in certain fields will be pre-filled like your name and department.  Continue to fill out the necessary fields and add any attachments if needed.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
