Instructions
From the Front Page
Navigate to the Client Portal at
https://wartburg.teamdynamix.com/
In the top right corner, click
Sign In
In the top menu on the Client Portal home page, click
Submit a Ticket
If you signed in certain fields will be pre-filled like your name and department. Continue to fill out the necessary fields and add any attachments if needed.
