Submitting a Ticket in the Client Portal

From the Front Page
- Navigate to the Client Portal at https://wartburg.teamdynamix.com/
- In the top right corner, click Sign In
- In the top menu on the Client Portal home page, click Submit a Ticket
If you signed in certain fields will be pre-filled like your name and department. Continue to fill out the necessary fields and add any attachments if needed.
