Report a Printing Issue

Report difficulties with printing from your computer to campus printers.

An ITS staff member will contact you within two business days.

In order to submit a Printing Issue ticket you will need to provide the following information:

• What kind of printing issue
• Access System Tag Number
• Printer name
• Day and time the issue started
• Location information
• Error messages
