Go to https://outlook.office.com/mail/ and log in to your Wartburg email accountclick on the orange Office 365 button.
Log into your own Wartburg mailbox using your full email address (first.last@wartburg.edu)
Click the profile icon/initials/avatar at the top right of the screen
Type the email address. Select the shared mailbox in the list.
Click Open. The shared mailbox will now open in a new window.
