Removing Rico Printer
Step 1: Search "Printers" in the search box on the task bar.

Step 2: Click "Printers & scanners".
Step 3: Find the printer you need to remove and click it then click "Remove device".

Add Rico Printer
Step 1: Open File Explorer.

Step 2: Type "\\printserver" into access field box and hit Enter.

Step 3: Locate the printer you like to add and then double click to add printer.

You should see this box to show you have successfully added the printer. Also you can check "Printers and scanner" to ensure the printer has been added.
