How to Request a Large Project involving ITS

Login to the Techline ticketing system and click on the Services option in the header
Select the Large Projects Service

Select either “Software Implementation” or “Infrastructure or Construction Project”

Click on Request Service
Fill out the form provided, for example:
Click the Save button on the top of the form
You can then review and submit or come back later and find your request under Project Requests
You can Mark Complete and Submit or Withdraw the request
Once Marked Complete, the request will be forwarded to the Data Governance Group for any required discussion then to a VP for approval to proceed
