How to  - Send and Receive Information Securely via LiquidFiles

Email alone is not secure enough for the transmission of sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) such as social security numbers, passport numbers, driver’s license numbers, credit card numbers, etc. (see Data Security Policy) LiquidFiles is a data and file sharing solution used by Wartburg College for sharing information internally or externally, as well as files that are too large to be sent via email or need to be shared securely with an external party. Faculty and Staff can upload files to the platform, request files from others, create links or send emails directly through the secured platform. The recipient receives an email from the sender's name with a link for access.
