InfoMaker: Exporting reports remotely

Exporting Reports Remotely

There are a few different ways to export an InfoMaker report. This document will cover 2 of them: “OneDrive” and “Drag and Drop”.

If you need to save them to a SharePoint, you’ll need to have your SharePoint added to your OneDrive and you’ll follow the steps for the “OneDrive” method.

Please contact techline@wartburg.edu to get your SharePoint site added to your OneDrive.

Once in the folder you exported the report to, you can drag and drop (or copy and paste) the report into one of the drives that contain your computer name (BUILDING_NUMBER). This guide recommends moving it to your C drive.

  18. Your report export is now on your desired location in your local computer.

  19. You may use any of the attached drives to your discretion. If you are going to be exporting multiple reports with this method, it is recommended to pin your desired location to your quick access bar within the remote explorer. You can do that by right clicking on the desired destination folder and clicking “Pin to Quick Access”.
