Perceptive Content First Time Configuration

Configuration needed to be done when first logging in to Perceptive Content on a new computer to make the image now printer works correctly for you.

When logging in for the first time to Perceptive Content you must configure some capture settings for the ImageNow printer to work correctly. In order to do so, please follow these steps: 

1. Log in to Perceptive Content
    
2. Click on the arrow next to "Capture", then "Manage Capture Profiles"
    
3. Click on "ImageNow Printer - Batch" or "ImageNow Printer - Batch Mode" then on the button "Modify..."
    
4. Make sure the "Mode" is set to batch
    
5. Go to the "Document Keys" tab and double click on the "Drawer" Document Key
   
    
6. Make sure the Type is "System Drawer", then choose the drawer for your department under the value drop down, then click "OK"
   
    
7. Back in the Document Keys tab, we need to make sure all the other fields say "Empty". Like this:
   
    
8. To do so, simply double click on each, then choose "Empty" from the drop down menu, followed by okay
   
    
9. Once all fields, but the drawer, say empty, click "OK"
   
    
10. Repeat steps above for the "ImageNow Printer - Single" or "Image Now Printer - Single mode". The only difference is that we need to make sure that the "Mode" for it is set to "Single", not "Batch," linke in the screen shots below
