Secure Fax Instructions on MFP 

SENDING FAXES: 

How to Send a Fax from your Sharp MFP (Multi-functional Printer): 

• Swipe your badge or login to your account on the MFP Multi-functional Printer. 

• Press the Device functions button. 

• Click ok (you may have to pick an account to charge first) 

• Press the eGoldFax button 

• Fill out the screen: 

• Enter only the 10 digit Fax Number 

• Enter the name of who you are sending the fax to and the company name. 

• Press the Scan and Send Fax button
